OLYMPUS ZUIKO ZD 7-14 ED lens - EXCELLENT++ - RARE

This is a magnificent lens that will transform your work in Four Thirds photography. In 35mm terms, the lens covers the incredible range of 14mm to 28mm, with virtually no distortion, vignetting or any other ills. It has a constant aperture of f4, and is part of the Zuiko range of Ultra High Grade lenses that Olympus has released for the E series. From my experience, it is a cut above even the best of the High Grade lenses (such as the 50-200SWD and even the 50mm macro).

The lens I am offering is in Excellent++ condition. You don't often see these secondhand, and you won't find one in better condition. The only thing stopping me from describing it as mint is some light scuffing on the lens barrel where the slip-on lenscap goes on and comes off. I have tried to show this in teh photos, but it is hard to see, and not really noticeable in actual use.

The lens itself is immaculate - no haze, fungus or dust. No cleaning marks or scratches of any kind at all. The aperture ring is positive and tight, and the zoom and focussing has plenty of resistance - this will NOT zoom or refocus if you let it hang down. Operationally, and in all other respects apart from the slight scuffing where the lens cap goes, it is like new. You will NOT be disappointed with this lens.

I am selling because I don't use it now as much as I used to - I have been going back to film cameras a bit and need to fund some purchases in that direction.
