Please complete payment within 2 days of auction ending. This will ensure you get your item as soon as possible. If more time is required to make payment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Smaller & lighter items we try to post in small envelopes. We do this to try and reduce cost for the buyer. We still add a small amount on to cover costs for us. Please do not bid (then leave neg feedback) if you are not happy with these terms. We are trying to work a balance of costs for everyone. For larger and heavier items, we use standard pre paid Australia post satchels, adding on only 50c for handling costs. If you would like combined postage, we are happy to do that as long as weight of combined items does not exceed limit of bag. A small extra amount maybe required otherwise to cover extra postage costs.

All we ask is that payment be made as soon as auction ends. As previously stated, if extra time is needed to make payment, please notify us. Every day of waiting for payment costs us money. Thankyou :)

We at Exclusive Designer Fashions have a business selling all levels of genuine designer labels. Last items are often sold on ebay to make way for new stock. We treat our ebay customers as we do our in-store customers. We strive to provide excellent service with the utmost of integrity.
