30ft Franklin Caravan and Annex. Caravan Sleeps up to 7 & Annex sleeps 4. Reverse Airconditioner/heater in Caravan and Wall Air Con & Oil Heater in Annex

Caravan also comes with :

2 televisions, 2 very cold fridges (1 in caravan & 1 in Annex), Manchester for 6 beds plus an extra 3 sleeping bags. MIcrowave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, pots, dinner sets, glasses,2 couches,      1 coffee table,1 bbq, portable fireplace & wood box( the park allows camp fires).

The Caravan Park is the "Lake Eppalock Holiday Park" 20mins from Bendigo & 1 hr form Echuca. The park is Family friendly and even has its own outdoor cinema which operates from Dec to May. The park fees are about $2000.00 per year (depending on number of occupants). The park only closes for 6 weeks after the Queens birthday long week end.
