Dosage
PLS NOTE: THE ACTIVE INGREDIENTS ARE FOR 1 SACHETS.
Add one sachet to 200ml of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water. If desired more water may be added.

Warnings
May contain traces of egg and/or nuts. Individuals with recent myocardial infarction should be refered to a cardiologist to determine suitability. Individuals taking medication for diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia or those on lithium may require a reduction in dose. Alcohol should not be consumed when using optifast.
