To make up a meal add one sachet to 200ml of cold or warm water ( not boiling water )stir,blend or shake to dissolve.

while on optifast program ,it is recommended to takeadditional 2 liters of calorie-free fluid each day ( prefered water ) plus 2 cups of non starchygreen vegetables and a program of regular light exercise enhances wellbeing and success.
