Garment Measurements Guide
~ Shoulders ~
Shoulder measurements are obtained by measuring across the shoulders, seam to seam.
~ Bust ~
The garment is measured across the chest with the garment lying flat 'relaxed' and not stretched.
The measurement is taken from side seam to side seam directly under the armhole or sleeve.
If the measurement is 47.5cm. This measurement is then doubled to provide a Bust measurement of 95cm.
~ Waist ~
The garment is measured across the waistline with the garment lying flat.
The measurement is taken from side to side directly at the waistline.
If the measurement is 40cm. This is then doubled to provide a Waist measurement of 80cm.
~ Hips ~
The garment is measured across the hip with the garment lying flat 'relaxed' and not stretched.
The measurement is taken from side to side directly at the hip line. If the measurement is 57cm.
This is then doubled to show a Hip measurement of 114cm.
~ Sleeve Length ~
Sleeve measurements are obtained by measuring from the top shoulder seam to the cuff.
~ Leg Length ~
The leg length (inseam) measurement is obtained by measuring from the crotch seam to the bottom of the cuff.
~ Garment Length ~
Garment length measurements are obtained by measuring the length of the top from the top of the shoulder, at the collar, to the hemline.
