This hour-long track is specifically designed to support the OSHO Nataraj meditation. The music supports the energy and activity described in each stage of the meditation, and also signals the timing of each stage. A silent stage is part of most Osho Active Meditations, and when the meditation ends with silence, the end of the silence will be signaled with a bell or gong.
This is a 65 minute dancing meditation in three stages, with specifically created music.Disappearing in the dance, then relaxing into silence and stillness, is the route inside for this method.

Dance is good in itself – as far as it goes it is good. After it, you will feel fresh, young. But it is not meditation yet. The dancer must go, until only the dance remains…. First Stage: 40 minutes
With eyes closed, dance as if possessed. Let your unconscious take over completely. Do not control your movements or witness what is happening. Just be totally in the dance
Second Stage: 20 minutes
Keeping your eyes closed, lie down immediately. Be silent and still
Third Stage: 5 minutes
Dance in celebration and enjoy.
OSHO
OSHO was born on 11 December 1931, and attained 'enlightenment' at the twenty-one, and went on to complete his academic studies. He spent several years teaching philosophy at the University of Jabalpur. By the late 1960, Osho had begun to develop his unique dynamic meditation techniques. He felt that modern man is so burdened with the archaic traditions of the past as well as the anxieties of modern-day living, that he must go through a deep cleansing process before he can hope to discover the thought-less relaxed state of meditation.
In early 1970s, the West first began to hear of Osho. By 1974, a commune had been established around him in Pune, and the trickle of visitors from the West soon became a flood. Osho left his body on 19 January 1990. His talks have been published in more than six hundred volumes, and translated into over thirty languages.
