Delivery time

Seller are NOT responsible for delivery time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and public holidays. This delivery time frame is used as a general guideline only. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods. And sometimes take a little longer,due to local dispatch delay or other reasons, please allow sufficient time for delivery and only contact us if you have not received an item after 20 business days.

Return policy:

·We accept item returns only if it is not exactly as described in the listing.
·Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the items or return will not be accepted.
·Once returns authorisation is given, item must be returned within 10 days.
·Returned items must be in its original condition and packaging, otherwise it will not be accepted.
·The cost of return shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.
·The returned items will be inspected and if faulty, it will either be replaced where possible or a refund will be given within 10 business days.
·Please note shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
·If the returned item is found to be working, you will be charged a test fee of $20.00 and the item will be delivered back to you at your expense.
