OZZLE is a clean, non-toxic, low odour Australian made polymer (plastic) modeling material which can be hardened in a domestic oven. When hardened, it is resistant to rough use and is even dishwasher safe!

Make models after hand-kneading until pliable. Models can be permanently hardened by baking in the oven at 130 degrees C for about 10 minutes for each 10mm of thickness. Once baked, OZZLE can be drilled, carved, sanded, polished & painted.

OZZLE has a high degree of colour stability (colours generally do not change when baked), it is also fine grained; capable of being formed in minute detail.

OZZLE hardens properly as the result of a chemical reaction when baked. It does not air dry. We guarantee the product to remain workable for 12 months whether or not it has been opened, providing it is kept cool and dry. We believe our new formulation will last considerably longer. It may, however, become crumbly if left in direct sunlight or exposed to temperatures above 40 Degrees C.
