Off White Cotton Blend Baby Mittens No Thumbs

This is a cute pair of off white children's mittens, double fabric and no thumbs.  They were made with some type of cotton blend.  The age could be 1920s to 1950s.  One has a fancy rope bow.  It is not functioning and does not tighten the mitten around the wrist.  It is long enough that it could be used to wrap around the wrist and then tie in a bow.

One has the tie, but not the other.  If used for display in a mitten collection, they would look cute with a collored ribbon wrapped around the wrist and tied in a bow.  My last picture shows a green ribbon on one of the mittens.

They are 4 3/4" long, 2 1/4" wide on the lower part and  2 3/4" across the cuff at the top.
