I no longer have the phone! No idea of the specifications so check before you bid.

Please read the following before bidding!  Many problems would have been resolved had people read the info below.

 

About us!:

 

We live in a smoke and pet free home. We are not a business we are just clearing out the stuff we don’t need and we have mountains to sell, mostly toys.

 

Shipping, Postage and Packing:

 

If you buy more than 1 item we give a small reduction in postage for each additional item unless stated.  Postage includes packing cost, we use good quality packing so please do not ask for us to go any lower.  We ship to most places if your country is not listed then please e-mail us before bidding to get a shipping & packing price.

 

We try to send items out within 24 hours unless paying by cheque, then it will be sent when payment is cleared.  We will e-mail you on the day we post your item.  Please allow 7 days for delivery. Most of the time things arrive sooner.   Posting internationally takes longer. If you think something has got lost in the post please wait for 10 days and check your local sorting office before contacting us, the post office does not always leave missed delivery cards.

 

We always obtain proof of posting.  In the unlikely event of your item not being received, please don’t not just leave negative feedback, please contact us and we will try and resolve the situation and make a postal claim (up to £39) and refund your money this can take a few weeks, but the few claims I have made so far have been met by Royal Mail.   If your bid exceeds £39 you should consider asking for extra insurance.

Payment should be made within 7 days.  If you need longer to pay please contact me. I only accept Paypal from international bidders.   If you live in the UK I also accept postal orders & cheques, if you pay this way please contact me to confirm.  Please bear in mind I have to wait for cheques to clear before posting, this can take up to 7 days.  I will e-mail when the cheque arrives, clears & your item is on the way.

I am not a business, everything I sell is my own stuff but I accept returns for the following 3 reasons 1) If something is not as listed. 2) If something is damaged in the post I will arrange for a refund with Royal Mail which under normal circumstances covers you up to £39. But I will need photos and all the original packing in order to do this. 3) If I send the wrong item.   Under these 3 circumstances I will also cover your return postage.

If you need to return for another reason please e-mail me I try to be as helpful as possible.  But it’s important that before you read the description carefully and ask me for extra info or photos before bidding I am very carful listing and try to point out even the smallest problem.
