Product Descriptions:

Soothing menstrual cramps & associated back pain.

Instructions:

1) Remove paper backing, affix heat pad to the outside of your panty, heat pad should be placed near area of discomfort.

2) Do not affix heat pad directly to the skin. Remove heat pad if it becomes too warm and uncomfortable

3) The heat pad has an average temperature of 53 degree and a maximum of 68 degree, will last about 12 hours with an average temperature greater than 40 degree.

4) Once the heat pad has cooled, gently peel it off panty and dispose properly.
