I know NOTHING WHATSOEVER about Old Banknotes!

They were given to me by a friend some while ago and all she said was, start them all at 99p each!

Therefore, if you know your stuff, you could be getting a bargain!

MY Postage and Packing Rates are not just for a basic stamp, that many Seller`s fob you off with. I pack EACH item individually with the same care and attention to detail that I expect from other Seller`s. I use a NEW, Padded Envelope with 2 Card Stiffeners to minimise damage. Then a 1st Class Mailing Service, with a 4 mile round trip to the Post Office, EVERY WORKING DAY!

All items here on eBay are for MAILING ONLY, unless otherwise stated. Due to several HIGH PROFILE Robberies in the Greater Manchester / Lancashire area during the last 3 years, all directly linked to Selling on eBay, I no longer keep ANY items at my Home Address. I am sorry, but this site DEMANDS that I accept payment through PAYPAL and they in turn INSIST that unless I can prove the item has been DELIVERED, I must give FRAUDSTERS their money back. Under UK LAW a normal Certificate of Posting is, a LEGAL and BINDING DOCUMENT but, PAYPAL refuse to abide by OUR laws and REFUSE to accept it as Proof of Mailing.

Therefore, if you INSIST on paying me by PAYPAL, you will have to pay the extra amounts to cover a SIGNED FOR SERVICE wherever you are in the World. I have just been `conned` yet again into giving my items away and the fraudsters a refund. Therefore, ENOUGH is ENOUGH! All Invoices will now reflect the postage amount for Insured Mail. However, if you wish to negotiate the price BACK to the lower Postage Rate, I will only accept either a UK Postal Order or an International Money Order as payment.

I will only accept returns if I have mis-described the item. For example, I state MNH and the stamp is MH. I will NOT refund the Postage EITHER way, as once mailed, I cannot claim that fee back. PROOF OF POSTING is NOT PROOF OF DELIVERY. If returning items, it is the onus of the sender to mail by an apprpriate method.

I prefer payment by either a UK Uncrossed Postal Order (Crossed ones will be REFUSED) or an International Money Order. I will also accept MINT FULL GUM GB Stamps and similar from AUSTRALASIA. As a `last resort`, I am FORCED to accept PAYPAL. However, as this payment service DEMANDS goods are sent by a "Signed For" service, if you do not pay the cost of the Insurance, then I will not be liable in event of Loss or Damage.
