Deliveries are by courier and costs are clearly listed within the listing which also include insurance please keep this in mind when leaving feedback no costs are hidden. If you are not happy with courier delivery please contact us prior to bidding.We do not use Australia Post except for international deliveries. We deliver by door to door courier. Sorry but pick up is not available on purchases. If phone number or street address is not supplied this could cause delays in delivery.

As we do sell antiques and vintage collectables, please do be aware that most of these will come with a degree of crazing. If you require insurance please notify us before using check out so that we can adjust the invoice accordingly. Invoices will be sent the morning after the auction. We take extreme care in packaging (please refer to our feedback)and cannot be held responsible for damage once your item has been shipped. Refunds will only be given on purchase price not delivery. We endeavour to bring you the best quality antiques and collectables. We take pride in what we sell and describe all items to the best of our ability. Most items come from deceased estate auctions and therefore are NOT new and do sometimes come with bumps and bruises. These we will list accordingly. Quite often you will receive your goods how we receive them. If we have a chance to clean them for you we will. Please don't hestiate in contacting us via email with any questions.
