Old Noddy comic strip.  These don't come up very often on eBay.  Magzine cover is absent.  Features on page 78 in this September 28 1959 issue of Australian magazine Woman's day.  Ran for around a year and were followed by Bom comic in the following year.  Magazine has some wear to extremities..  Collect a piece of Noddy today.
