I'm listing this piano for my neighbour.

Hapsberg Beale and Co

Upright parlour grand

Made in Hamberg Germany

from 1895

Old Piano average condition, considering over 100 years old!

Surface scratches etc, still presents ok.... a bit dusty.

One pedal is broken

Some keys not working at all (I think 3 or so)

Some on the white top part is missing from a few keys

Had candle sticks at the front, partially removed.

Needs tuning and probably some repairs..... and a polish.

I don't know much about pianos, but it would be alright to have a tinkle on or for the kids to play, or maybe spare parts or piano enthusiast.

Pick up from Padstow heights from a level garage, so no steps or anything.  Bring a few people to help take it away as no assistance can be given.

Dimensions are: 130cm high and 66 wide approx.
