This is a vintage SIMMONS DEEPSLEEP $18.95 TESTED AND APPROVED FOR INNERSPRING MATTRESSES advertising sign or medallion. The sign is metal and measures 4 5/8" in diameter. There are 4 "tabs" for mounting. Dusty and dirty. Condition as shown. I have not attempted to clean this piece in any way to preserve authenticity. Please e-mail me with any questions.
