Yummo! If you're a
lover of pickles and preserves, chances are you are going to really love my
products! Seriously, I've had many people say mine are the best preserved goods
they've ever tried, and the word that keeps hopping up to describe them (besides
"delicious"!) is "PURE". I keep the taste that way by using only
quality
produce and
fresh spices -
not inferior essences or fake
flavours!
Preservatives?? Get out of here!
Just a bit of sugar and good old-fashioned "sterilising"
(heat sealing).
Why on earth would I want to add chemicals??
(If you haven't already figured it out, there's
actually something very unnatural and just plain WRONG about doing
that!). Preservatives are DANGEROUS
CHEMICALS that are AFFECTING OUR CHILDREN
(probably the majority of kids diagnosed with A.D.D. and fed harmful drugs for
it are actually reacting to the preservatives in food!)
so you will not find them in any of my products!

Up for grabs are jars of my homestyle-preserved
SPEARMINT
JELLY, which is not only delicious,
but also free of preservatives and flavourings,
and FREE OF ADDED SALT & ARTIFICIAL
THICKENERS LIKE GELATINE OR GLUTEN. All you
get is fresh organically-grown
Spearmint cooked with
homemade Apple & Pear Pectin and
Sugar. This
jelly is nice and fruity due to the rich apple and pear pectin
(which is basically highly-concentrated juice), but of course has a
wonderfully minty taste that's totally free of artificial flavours.

It is slow cooked for hours, and relies on
the chemical reaction between pectin and sugar to make it thick and
gooey, not gelatine (animal bone marrow!) or gluten.
This jelly is the
perfect accompaniment to roast lamb or grilled lamb loin chops, or gourmet delights like terrines & smoked meats.
It's also great with
those platters of exotic (and expensive) cheeses when entertaining
friends, but your imagination is the limit for what you
can do with this tasty treat! You can even spread
this on toast or add it to biscuits/desserts as it does not contain
vinegar like my other savoury jellies.
Each 150ml jar contains
195g
of jelly,
and like all my sauces and preserves, this product is
heat-sealed in the jar. Check out the photo
