From the Back of Dad's Shed.

This is an Old 1930's? TELEMATIC office PABX/ Switchboard.

No idea where it was used but the switches include Tags for Cheif Clerk, Cash, RI, Buzzer off.

It is in good condition and may well still work, though I have no idea how to test it. The timber case would respond to a good timber oil, it has a few surface marks, but nothing major. I'm not sure if the silver look on the speaker grills is original or has been added later, looks like a silver paint? Bakelite handpiece is sound, no cracks or chips.

A great vintage show piece for any phone collector, being an office switchboard, it is much less common than the average phone from this era.

I would be happy to hear details of the phone and would add helpfull information to the listing
