  • We prefer and use Australia post.
  • Local pickup is available betwen 9:00 Am & 4:30Pm Weekdays only. (Saturday pickup can be pre aranged on a case by case basis).
  • We are not responsible for items damaged in transit, you will need to take this up with Australia Post, you may wish to consider insurance if you are purchasing an expensive or large Item.

  • We do not accept items back for minor blemishes or scuff marks as our Items are primarily reconditioned and are sold as such.

  • Should the item need to be sent back to us, this will be at the Buyers expense, (we may provide an exeption in some cases).
  • Once we deturmine the item to be faulty, we will send a replacement unit, and refund your postage.
