This is a 5-day auction for an Olympus XA Rangefinder camera, with Olympus F-ZUIKO 1:28 f=35mm lens, serial number 3459867, fitted with an Olympus A16 electronic Flash. It comes with the original form-fitting plastic box, the original instruction booklet, and the original “At A Glance” instruction brochure in English, German, French and Spanish.

This camera was found at a recent estate auction. I am not a camera dealer or collector, and know very little about them. I put fresh batteries in the camera and the flash. It has not been tested with film. However, everything that I could figure out how to use seems to work fine. The shutter, the focusing lever, the split-image spot, and the shutter speed needle, all seem to be in working order, and the flash works fine.

It shows very little wear cosmetically. A little of the black finish is worn off the bottom edge at the back and in the battery cover slot. The lens appears clear, with no scratches or fungus, etc. The batteries will be removed and packaged separately for shipping. Please view and enlarge the photos.

Shipping weight will be 1 lb 8 oz. Buyer pays actual USPS Priority Mail postage to any U.S. address. An Iowa buyer must either provide a reseller’s sales tax number, or add 7% for state and local option sales taxes.
