Item Conditions: Parts sold in "new" condition may or may not be still in its original factory packaging. Some parts sold as new are items that have simply been repackaged due to damage to the box or casing during shipping. All components of the original packaging have been retained where possible.
Disclaimer Refurbished and all Items: Refurbished are parts that have been restored to like new working condition and or appearance. Sometimes items sold as refurbished are in fact. "New" items that have simply been opened box or repackaging due to damage to the box during shipping. Pictures displayed are not actual pictures of the items for sale sample only of the item you will receive. Also no cables included. ITDL will freight all goods however will not take responsibility for loss or damage to your product purchased. Insurance is offered at cost to the customer however not compulsory. Customer must request insurance if desired. Additional $20 fee is applied if customer requests insurance. Customers responsibility to request insurance on product purchased.
Delivery Instructions: All Deliveries are sent via TNT Australia or Australia Post. Some listings will have fixed shipping costs. If no shipping costs are listed then we will give you a quote upon requested. Also items sent using our freighters will be sent to your address where there must be some one there to receive the item during office hours. Therefore a work address is preferred. If there is no one to receive the good at delivery address Courier has the authority to leave goods at door step. You are responsible to have the item sent to an address which is attended during office hours. IT Decommissioning and Logistics will not in any way be responsible for your freight acceptance
