General Information

All DVD's are original, authentic and are bought from local Australian Distributors. They are all region 4 unless stated otherwise. We do not sell bootleg, or any other form of fake DVD's. International customers please note that you will need a "region free" DVD player to play region 4 DVD's.

All Manga graphic novels are written in English.

Postage:

Check below under Postage and Handling for delivery charges. Remember we DO give postage discounts for multiple items. Please wait until we send you an updated invoice before processing payment if you wish to get a postage discount.

Orders are shipped either same or next day.

Domestic Customers:

If you wish to be able to track your order then please use registered post as postage method.

International Customers:

Check below under Postage and Handling for delivery charges. If your country is not listed then please contact us before purchasing.

All international orders, except for smaller items, are sent via Registered Mail. There are no exceptions. Insurance is also optional. Large orders maybe sent via Express Post.

Two main methods for payment are Direct Bank Deposit or Paypal.

If you wish to use bank transfer method as payment, please use your ebay user ID as reference. Failing to do so may result in postage delays.

Pick up is not currently available but can be arranged only on "selected items" and special cases.

All items except for Manga's and any other type of book have a 14 day "UNOPENED" returns policy. Only sealed items will be considered for return. If you wish to return an item for any particular reason please contact us first before doing so. Each item will be checked before refunding and if the item is found to be not in its "original condition" we will send the item back at your expense. We do not refund delivery charges.

We will accept responsibility for providing wrong information on products and will provide full refund if this is the case.
