Situated in private caravan park with swimming pool x 2, adults retreat room, children’s playground and games room. Boat parking available. Dog friendly park only 10 minutes walk to centre of town. Security access to caravan park, no casual sites.  Fees currently $2,750pa renewable on 1/7/10 plus electricity.  All payable quarterly.
