Optifast is the clinically proven way to lose weight, and has been
recommended by health care professionals and used successfully by
millions of people since 1974 Optifast Shakes are nutritionally complete and taste delicious. They aid in the dietary management of obesity. Each pack contains 21 x 40g sachets, and is brand new and unopened. To use: Simply add one sachet of Optifast to 200mL of cold water.
