Directions

DOMESTIC POSTAGE & SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate Australia wide. You only ever pay the full flat rate charge on one item up to 3kg in total weight. Orders 3-6kg are charged a flat rate of $15.00 Australia wide. Orders over 6kg are charged at cost based on weight and area of delivery contact for accurate shipping fees.

COMBINE POSTAGE Is available for most of our items in our store however in some instances some items cannot be combined with differing products purchases within our store due to being shipped from a different warehouse. Listing will detail if differing item purchases are not available for combine post.

DOMESTIC POSTAGE & SHIPPING

Most parcels are sent as registered and insured and will a signature upon delivery. Our delivery contractors (Australia Post ) typically deliver during business hours so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest, if practical, to provide your work address as the delivery address.
Delivery is usually attempted straight to your door. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, or if the local postal service does not offer this direct service, then a Card will be left in your mailbox advising you of either a post office to collect your parcel from, or in the case of a courier delivery, a contact number to call to re-arrange the delivery.

Some items are also despatched using Australia Post regular mail. In these cases the delivery will be made directly to your delivery address and will require no signature. We reserve the right to ship using our preferred delivery methods in all cases.

The more items you order the less the delivery cost is per item.

The Delivery Fee is made up of a Base Fee. The Base Fee is only charged once per order up to 3kg so additional items you order up to a combined weight of 3kg the delivery charges per item work out cheaper.

When dispatch is arranged through Australia Post a tracking number is generated. If you have not received your order within a reasonable time (see suggested delivery times) please email us and we can check where and what your delivery status is. We may at times email you this tracking (consignment) number when it is generated at the time the goods are dispatched.

Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment has been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.
