Only used twice but I have found no need for the item.  In the original box with all instructions but no SIM card.

The pack includes:
1 x USB Slimline Modem
No SIM card

Free hard disk space (100 mb minimum)
MS Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or above
128MB ram minimum
Standard USB interface
CPU: 133 MHz or above (500 MHz or above recommended)

Features:
Network: HSDPA/UMTS 900/2100 MHz and downlink up to 7.2 Mbps
Supports Micro SD card expandable to 2GB (not included)
