When you exercise sitting down, does it work like a cycling a bike? Can you have handles moving to exercise your arms too when sitting down cycling? Thanks. A: Yes, you move your legs like you are riding a bike.
You can either move or not move your arms, it's up to you. Your arms move back and forwards - a strider action. Hope that helps.
