Contact within 2 days of auction close and payment within 7 days is appreciated.  I am flexible with this as long as you make contact with me early and keep me updated. I know “stuff” happens and days get away from you, just keep me informed.

If I haven’t heard from you after 8  days (via checkout or email) I will lodge an unpaid notification with Ebay so I can recover my fees.

Payment methods.

Payment by Paypal, cash on collection, bank deposit or money order. 

Please note, if you pay by Paypal in order to qualify for Buyer Protection your parcel must be trackable.  This means you must select either the Registered Post or Express Post options.  If you prefer to pay for regular post only, please pay by a method other than Paypal. 

If you pay by Paypal and select regular post, you agree that you will not be eligible for buyer protection.

Postage

Postage rates are clearly listed either within the listing or in the postage section below the listing details.  You can choose the option that best suits you.

I will always send your item the most economical way possible and I do not profiteer from postage.  I am always happy to combine postage and I DO NOT charge you extra just for sending multiple items in the one parcel– just what it costs.

I generally post the day after your payment is received.  I will email you and let you know when your item is posted.  I DO NOT refund if your (regular post) parcel does not arrive.

I am not responsible for items once they enter the postal system.  Please use registered post for protection.

Pick-up

Pick up is welcome from Knoxfield.  Please be aware that I work and am not always available during the day, although we can usually work something out.
