This is an original, extremely rare, WWI German 1914 Iron Cross Pendant.  It is a quality flat issue pattern Cross with a silver frame and a detailed border. Very clearly visible on it is the Prussian Crown, the W. for Kaiser Wilhelm, and the date of 1914.  This item is in very good condition, and an amazing piece of history.
