This listing is for an ORIGINAL enamel 

Vic Rail number plate.

These numbers were used to number signal 

boxes along the Victorian lines.

Please note...The image above may not be the 

EXACT number sent out.

They all have slight variations, due to the 

hand -made production process used 

to manufacture them.

Some are more charcoal than black we will send 

out a matched set if you order more 

than one number.

They are all in good vintage condition,

each plate has been cleaned

and buffed with a wax finish.

We have a limited amount of these

numbers, once they are

gone that is it!!

These numbers may be of interest to

railway collectors, or can ideally be used for shop,

house or even, room numbers.

They have provisions for screw fixing either side.

For a more authentic finish, we would

recommend fixing with slot head

screws, and painting the screw heads

with black japan.

Each number measure 5" high X

4" wide (128mmX100mm),

and individually they weigh

just under 150 gms.
