Has Neptune neck plate USA. Have been told the body is Focus 6000 which was Japan made. Not sure if this is Focus or Baretta neck ,some Baretta's have this head ( Monsters Of Rock model) while others have the rounded tip. Neck is dense solid maple and has the "scarf joint" which is stronger than standard ( 3 pc neck, 4 counting board ), and also a REAL Kramer product, not unpatented foreign junk.

 Plays very sweet with no dead spots and is close to the fretboard. frets are in great shape with only a hint of wear in the first 3.

-Floyd Rose trem is original with Patent numbers on the block and not import "licensed" garbage. DiMarzio pickups sound awesome, very strong bell tone, looks to have original pots and the tone control has been taken off-line for now (one wire reconnects). While the paint looks pretty authentic to David Lee Roth's guitar players' homemade job it is pretty smooth & even  in the solid areas ,there are lines on the stripe edges. Can clear coat it and the head with gloss  automotive grade poly for 20.00 if you like(please allow an extra 3 days). Will include the Kramer black letter decal shown (it is not adhered to the neck but has backing for proper placement) you will need to put it on in your desired location.

 There is a certain Michael Jordan quality to Sir Edwards early playing that wrote THE Book on tricks & sheer fun. With this guitar you can at least stand in front of a mirror and dream (and pose ! ).

Don't get me wrong - Steve, Joe , and Big Mr. Paul (  even Ywingnut ) all blow me to smithereens when I hear them, or see live. They have certainly added a BOLD PRINT footnote in the next chapter. But it is unmistakable the innovation, approach ,and creativity & originality by a certain Dutch import that is always going to be the foundation of modern pop/rock guitar that has not been Topped .  EVH did the fretboard acrobatics ,that He created, on some fairly primitively styled instruments and some of these new sportscars are a bit sleeker & faster but not any more Historic (dont mind the rambling, just practicing for my hopeful collegiate Rolling Stone article  ;-)
