FAQ's
Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?
A: All items bar high value items are dispatched within 24 hours of your
payment clearing (exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays). Please check the listing
for specifics. We dispatch by Royal Mail First Class service; UK customers in
most instances you can expect delivery in 1 to 2 working days, but The Royal
Mail do not guarantee this. Non-UK customers can expect delivery in 2 to 10
working days, but again is not guaranteed.
Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?
A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in
contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim
to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turnaround Monday to Friday. Please note that
the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance, and you are
responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or
exchange.
Q: I Would like a Refund?
A: A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the
item is returned within 7 working days of receipt, and in its original
condition. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, and
we will provide you with the information you require to return the item. All

Q: Why is the cost of P&P more than the cost of a stamp?
A: Our costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling charges. To

Q: Recorded Delivery & International Signed for Tracking Numbers not
working?
A: Items that are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail
International Signed for service are only traceable upon Delivery. Upon issuing
of a Tracking number to you; your item is in the hands of the postal service.
