1. Our item is guaranteed against defects :
We only warranty After Market goods with our label attached on it, that is the label must not be removed.
For After Market batteries the warranty is 3 months.
Please get our admission before shipping out. Please make sure it is not due to your misuse. Please note you have to pay your return S/H fee and our re-shipping fee.
Note: Brand New Original goods are not warranted by us, please contact the associate manufactures before your purchase.
2. We do not make any refund or reimburse S/H fee charges. Only replacement of the After Market goods would be made.
No Matter what the reasons of your return, you have to be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
3. If you want replacement, you must:
a. return the whole item(s) in their original condition with label attached, and
b. email your replacement request to us & get our instructions.
Note before returning items to us:
a. include the original packing slip indicating which items are being returned,
b. have a word 'RETURN' on your returned package.
4. Return shipping address would be emailed to you after receiving your replacement request.
