Osh Kosh coral pink frilled with cotton lining skirt - size 6 in fair condition.  There is a zipper with button and elastic loop.  There is a few small holes with a slight tear in fabric at bottom of skirt where it accidentally caught on something (please see photo) and also a tiny ink dot (approx 3mm size) right on the left side seam of skirt (may able to napisan but I have not tried).  This item is secondhand and I have described the item to the best of my opinion.
