2.4m x 2.4m (including balcony) has 4 windows, two at the front and one on each side (none on the back). I have made some checkered curtain's for the cubby so they are included.
It is a great cubby for kids and adults alike, My husband and I can both stand up inside the cubby so its quite high. A wooden door which can be removed (if your worried about small fingers or small people locking each other in/out.

Located at Wombarra, 1 hours south of Sydney airport, 30 mins north of Wollongong on the coast.

There is no BUY IT NOW, please don't ask.

It has been dismantled 3 times in its 2.5 years so has a little wear from moving/unscrewing. I will supply all new screws for assembly of the structure, the roofing screws are all ok. The roof is colour bond type no rust.
Windows are sliding perspex.
You will require a trailer to move, access very good and I will help to load. Assembly easy, no instructions I will go through the assembly with you on pick up.
