Nutrition is the most important ingredient in the fitness program 80% of the results we get out of fitness is what we eat and when we eat it - 20% is the actual exercise we do... so food is very important part of our lives” REMEMBER YOUR BODY DOESN’T RUN ON EXERCISE, IT RUNS ON THE FUEL YOU PUT IN YOR MOUTH” – “GET RID OF THE JUNK” there are 3 phases in the nutrition plan
Phase -1 - The Fat Shredder – A high protein diet designed to help you strengthen muscle while rapidly shredding fat from your body.
Phase-2 -Energy Booster - A balance of carbohydrates and protein with a lower amount of fat to supply additional energy for performance.

ABOUT ME
I have been involved in the fitness industry for 25 years and I am currently a personal trainer with 22 one on one regular clients and fitness coordinator with 2 sporting clubs in our city I also compete in bodybuilding competitions around Australia and have one the last 3 tournaments I have entered. I put that largely down to the P90X PROGRAM which helped me cut down that excess body fat which is a huge part of body building.
