These stunning Vintage French curtains are made from a thick, shiny sateen
with a chequerboard pattern which has a matt texture on the borders.
They date from the late 1950's/early 1960's.

They're unlined, and each curtain is headed with a single row of Rufflette tape.
The colour is a really zingy orange which changes slightly as it catches the light
and the squares are approx 4"/10cm square.

In good clean and undamaged pre-used antique condition,
with no holes rips or tears or unsightly blemishes.
Freshly washed and ready to hang.
The fabric is faded down one edge on each curtain,
entirely commensurate with age and use.

Return in the condition in which it was sent, within 14 days for full purchase price refund (not return postage unless grossly mis-described).
I pack exceptionally carefully and rarely get damages, but please email immediately if you receive an item damaged in the post and keep the packaging for insurance claim.
I try my utmost to describe faults but BE AWARE that items are VINTAGE/ANTIQUE & have been pre-owned & used.
Good Vintage Condition does not mean brand new.
I'm not responsible for lost parcels but will try to help with claims against the Post Office and will only refund once the PO have refunded me.
If your iem ends at a high price I reserve the right to add insurance to your invoice, otherwise insurance is optional unless I state otherwise in the listing. If your item cost is above the automatic PO limits then I would recommend that you ask for sufficient cover in case of loss.
The PO will NOT insure antique or glass items against breakage.
