Technically not a Joint Issue because they don't have the same design BUT THESE 2 STAMPS WERE RELEASED THE SAME DAY 4/14/1940, Both Pan American Union Issues. USA #895 and Dom. Republic #353. Unusual and the only one of these I have seen!. Nice and clean and flap sealed................SHIPPING DISCOUNT MAY OR MAY NOT BE FIGURED CORRECTLY BY EBAY! IT IS 25c PER EXTRA ITEM AFTER THE 1ST FOR MOST AUCTIONS EXCEPT BULK LOTS. See my Ebay Store for other items of similar Topic or Interest!
