·       Combined postage on all items, please do not complete checkout point until a correct invoice has been sent through

·       I do NOT use pre paid satchels or stamps as they are non traceable and do not show up on receipts

·       I strongly recommend registered post as I do not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged products

·       Delivery times depend on your location the most it could take is up to a week to arrive in Australia

·       I keep all receipts for proof of postage of your location with clear postcode identification. If you havnt received your order, an Australia Post customer complaint form will be done by me with reference numbers etc and all copies will be sent to you.
