The camera does power up, however when you attempt to playback the tape (included) the VTR/CAMERA LED flashes indicating an error. Also, the eyepiece section is missing from the viewfinder.

Includes the original Panasonic VSK0317 Video AC Adaptor and a 4.8V aftermarket high-capacity battery, as well as a compact Solidex carry case - no handle or strap.

If you are able to repair this camera it could turn out to be a real bargain.
