9.5	Presentation The manual is thin, but it fits in well with the "figure-it-out yourself" feel of the game. The menu system is amazingly informative, and tells you everything you need to know while you're in the gam
8.5	Graphics It's built on the Unreal engine, so the graphics are a bit dated and blocky, and the dithering is pretty bad in places. Still, the environments are well detailed and the game still looks better than most games.
9.0	Sound Nice voice work and dramatic music. Much of the ambiance of the game plays out in sound cues and voice-overs, which are both handled expertly in Deus Ex.
9.0	Gameplay One of the best "thinking-shooters" to date. One of the most versatile first-person games ever. It doesn't get much better than this.
10	Lasting Appeal With all of the plot twists and branching character paths, this is one game that you'll definitely want to play through after you finish...again and again and again...!
