ShippingBreakdown of Postage and Packaging Charges.
We offer several postage options on each listing.
For UK we offer 1st Class Royal Mail, 2nd Class Royal Mail which is our seller standard rate and 1st class Royal Mail recorded. For international we offer International Small Packets or International signed for.
Our Postage and Packaging prices are very competitive and we try to make them as fair as possible.
For UK customers we use packet post so if you buy multiple items we can normally offer some discount depending on which items and the volume. If you want to buy multiple items you MUST contact us with a list of items BEFORE you bid so we can work out and advise you postage costs before you commit to buy. Once you have bid, we can combine the purchases and revise the invoice to the postage agreed in advance.
If you buy several of the same article/listing, the discount is already applied on the additional item cost on THAT listing so no need to contact us.
In the case of 1st class & sellers standard rate, the additional item on each listing is charged at 50% of the original item postage cost. If its recorded, then we only charge one recorded fee and also discount the postal charge by 50%.
For International buyers in most cases we are not able to offer any postage discounts as the postage is charged in 20g increments, (differently to UK postage charges). So if we send you two items, then it will be double the weight so double the cost. So there is no discount to pass on to you.
The only exception is when using the International Signed for service, then if you want to buy multiple items, then there is only one signed for fee + postage charges so some discount may apply. So if you want to select this postage service and have multiple items, please contact us BEFORE bidding for postage costs.
Please note we DO charge you MORE than the value of the stamps on the envelope. The P & P is Postage & PACKAGING. Whilst the majority of the charge is postage, a few pennies have been added to cover the cost of the envelope and packaging materials but we DO NOT inflate the postage costs to help absorb eBay fees or other overhead costs.
If you think the postage charges have been excessive after you have received your item(s), then please contact us through the eBay message system pointing out your concerns. We can review the postage costs and offer some credit if necessary.
Collection of items is not possible as all items are shipped directly from our warehouse.
We aim to ship all orders next working day however do allow extra time around busy periods like Xmas. Please note we are closed Saturday & Sunday and therefore do not despatch goods at this time or during national UK holidays. We do try and keep messages answered but please allow extra time for replies if you message over the weekends.
As I am sure you can appreciate, Mondays are very busy indeed catching up getting orders out !
If Paying by Paypal please note we only ship to the Paypal address. These are Paypal Rules not ours !
If you want to have the item shipped to another address then please add that address as a GIFT address in your Paypal account and select THAT address as the delivery address when making the payment to us.
Returns/LossWe aim to give our customers 100% satisfaction with their purchase. If you have any problems with the item purchased please contact us through the eBay message service and we will deal promptly with your message.
Change of mind.
All return requests received within 7 days due to "Change of mind" will be refunded upon receipt of the original item.
Please note the item must be returned in the same condition received, un opened and un used with all packaging, manuals and so forth.
An RMA number must be issued before the item can be returned and we cannot reimburse any return postage costs.
Please contact us through the eBay message service quoting your eBay id, item number, Name, Address & date purchased. We will issue an RMA for the item to be returned to us.
Faulty Products.
We do not accept returns after 7 days unless the item itself is possibly faulty. Please contact us through the eBay message service quoting your eBay id, item number, Name, Address & date purchased. We will issue an RMA for the item to be returned to us for testing/replacement.
All items must be returned at your own expense.
Lost in the post.
For items which are lost in the post. We have to wait 15 working days for UK and 25 working days for International orders to arrive. These are Royal Mails terms and conditions.
If an item is lost then after the waiting period please contact us through the eBay message service quoting your eBay id, item number, Name, Address & date purchased. We will issue a claim with Royal Mail and immediately ship a replacement item to you.
Damaged in the post.
For items damaged in the post they must now be returned to us. These damaged items are requested by Royal Mail to process the claim so we have to have them back.
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us through the eBay message service quoting your eBay id, item number, Name, Address & date purchased. We will immediately issue an RMA number to return the item(s) to us and then make a claim with Royal Mail.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ship a replacement item to you free of charge.

Read THEIR adverts, if items go astray in the post, it’s YOUR responsibility not theirs ! You are not covered by Distance Selling Regulations if you buy from suppliers or companies overseas. You are if you buy from us !
