BANK PAYMENT REFERENCE
Please use your EBAY USERNAME ID or ITEM NUMBER only for your bank payment reference. Please make sure you enter your EBAY name correctly, exactly as it is listed on EBAY,(pls include any dots or dashes) if entered differently it will cause delays in postage.
POSTAGE
Your purchase will be placed in the post within three WORKING days of CLEARED payment!!
Sorry no post on the weekends or public holidays.
Please remember I'm posting from Queensland, Australia, allow time for your parcel to get to your State or Country. In the post alone it can take up to 10 working days (Postage within Australia) & a fair bit longer for overseas - sometimes the transport is superfast, sometimes not.
When you receive your purchase, check the date stamp to see that it was posted in the advised time (within three working days - 99.9% of the time I post the same or next day of cleared payment) and realise that we can not be held responsible for how long it took to get to you via transport. If I posted your parcel in the "advised" time frame, please dont mark me down on postage time. Please be realistic and fair when buying online, pls allow for delivery time.
OVERSEAS purchases can expect postage to take longer in the post.

Your parcel will be sent via registered post, this cost is included in the postage price.
COMBINED POSTAGE
ombined postage will be offered if you are wanting to purchase more then one item. There are "some" items that will not be valid for combined postage. Please check the main body of the listing to see if the item is NON combined postage.
AUSTRALIAN POSTAGE: Two items is $15, three $20, four $25 and so on
OVERSEAS POSTAGE: One item is $22, two items is $35, three $40 four $50 and so on...
"If you win a bid and its your only purchase payment is to be made straight away. If you are PURCHASING MORE THEN ONE ITEM, wait for a combined invoice (send me a messages requesting an invoice with all your items listed) and PAY FOR ALL YOUR PURCHASES IN ONE PAYMENT. Because we have had a lot of items lost in the post we registered every single item. On request - we can email you a tracking number, and you can see where your item is online
Please check the address you have listed in eBay, if it is not correct please update your details prior to payment. Your purchase will be posted to the address you have entered in eBay.

OOPS WE DONT HAVE YOUR ITEM
(This is a very rare)
At all times we try to be perfect, but sometimes an item will be listed that we can not find or do not have...sorry...(this could be due to a number of reasons.... a supplier has sent the wrong items or we have listed something incorrectly or some other human error has happened). If this is the case with your purchase, it is your choice to swap it for something else or to receive a full refund. If you swap for something else you will be given free postage, or if a refund is given, we will give you free postage on your next purchase. The free postage deal only happens if you understand that we try our best and you show this by not leaving neutral or negative feedback. Eventhough human error can cause mistakes, we still try to make buying from us a positive experience.
EXPRESS POST
We do not express post as we are not covered by paypal if an express post parcel is lost :( sorry
+ Australia post will not let us express and register post the same item.
NO PICK UPS
My eBay sales are purely online, my day is just crazy busy, sorry no pick ups.
RETURN POLICY
Please choose carefully, as we do not exchange or refund. If for some reason you do not want your purchase, we are happy for you to use our image on request so that you can re-sell the item.
We sell at great prices and work on turnover, I try to keep everything straight forward and simple to eliminate errors. Returns and exchanges are time consuming and cause stock complications & errors. Again, we do not exchange or refund.

MESSAGES
I receive sssoooo many messages a day, Im very busy getting things done and can not be glued to the computer, I try to answer messages as soon as possible, but at times there can be a delay. Please only send messages via "my messages"/"contact seller" when you log onto EBAY. Messages to my personal email or sent any other way (while making payment in the notes section or in the PayPal notes section) will be missed. If I do not respond within 24 hours please resend your message.
