Items that are covered by a specified warranty will be replaced or refunded. However items that have no warranty and are described as working, and found to be faulty on arrival will be covered by a D.O.A. policy.  Return postage will be at the buyer’s expense. The majority of items I list are computer related. I offer no warranty or assistance with software related problems. This includes connectivity to the Internet or networking problems. Computer hardware does not include any software unless stated in the item description. Batteries for any item are not covered by ANY warranty.

My postage costs are usually true to cost plus a small percentage for packaging and handling. I only use registered post, which is only $2.65  (Included in postage cost stated in item description). This protects both buyer and seller from fraudulence. Items that are sent by registered post are covered by insurance up to $100AUD (For loss only). If additional insurance is required, buyer is to pay excess. Pick up is always welcome for all items at an arranged time. Items will be posted within 3 working days of payment. Please allow up to six days for delivery time. I cannot control Aus Post.

That way, we can try to resolve the problem before negative feedback is left.
