ALL ITEMS PAID FOR BEFORE 12 NOON WILL BE POSTED SAME DAY MON-FRI!!
Please allow a little extra time for delivery during November and December.  (1st class UK) Please make sure you send a cleared payment 24 hours prior to this to meet the deadline. We will keep you updated and email you when goods have been posted.

Faulty Items or not as described:   Please contact me before return specifying the problem. All my items are clearly photographed at high resolution before listed. In the event of an item being faulty or not as described I will refund in full including postage upon return.  Maximum period for contact is 14 days from purchase.
Cooling off Period  14 days: This applies to items what which are no longer wanted for whatever reason, or do not fit. Refunds of item given if contacted within 14 days of purchase.  Postage is non refundable and a relisting fee may be applicable depending on circumstances. Items must be returned with tags, unworn and in same condition as received. If items are boxed or have manufacturers packaging seals must be broken.  
Items Lost in Post: Royal mail has a + 99% delivery rate. I obtain stamped proof of purchase for every delivery just incase your item has gone astray. Insured delivery, recorded delivery international and Next Day special delivery is available on request, please mail me for prices, or you can visit royal mail up website for an idea.

I ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPPING AND GIVE A FAIR DISCOUNTED PRICE FOR ADDITIONAL ITEMS. I CAN GIVE A PRICE QUOTE IF ASKED, OTHERWISE WHEN PURCHASING MULTIPLE ITEMS REQUEST A TOTAL THROUGH PAYPAL.
