No refund will be given on a factory sealed item once it's opened unless you have a very good reason.

Q: I think your P&H fee is high. Can you do better?
A: You wouldn't believe the administration work involved in selling on eBay. So a major part of our work is outsourced to contractors who do all the sorting, packing and mailing. They charge us handling fees which we include in our P&H fee. Therefore P&H fee is fixed and not negotiable.
However, if you think our P&H fee has too much fat, deduct the "unreasonable" portion of the fee from the price that you offer in a bid. In other words, mentally add the P&H fee to the price to obtain the highest price that you're prepared to pay. Then don't bid any higher than that so you won't feel that you've overpaid.
Having stated clearly the P&H fee, we're happy with whatever price you bid.
Q: Do you offer combine postage, considering your P&H fee?
A: No, sorry. Combine postage does have its problems from time to time. It's hard to defend when the buyer claims that she does not receive the correct items or some items are missing.
Q: Do you offer pick up?
A: No, it’s impossible.
Q: Has the item been shipped yet?
A: If you have received the shipment notification, the answer is yes. We do our best to send a notification email when we post your game.

A: Relax; it's on the way since we normally send by Registered Post.

o 2 days for Interstate or NSW country

Q: I receive a wrong item. How are we going to resolve this?
A: You can send it back to us to exchange. Sometimes lot of orders can overwhelm us and mistake does happen.
