For sale is this Phil & Teds E3 Pram - 3 Wheeler in RED including a toddler seat.

There is not a lot to say about this pram. It is an extremely popular model due to its light weight (about 11kg) and its very simple folding mechanisms. It is extremely easy to convert the pram from single to double seater.

Some other benefits of this model are:

  • Large parcel tray for storage underneath the main seat
  • 3 seat position from upright to lie flat (for new borns).
  • Front wheel can be locked or released for full swivel motion (in case you want to go for a run – wrist strap included))
  • Easy to engage foot brake
  • Easily packs down to fit in the tightest of places (just remove the wheels!)
  • It is very easy to manoeuvre in tights spaces like restaurants or shopping isles
  • And talking about shopping isles and check outs: This one is brilliant as you can carry two children but the pram is only as wide as a single seater.

We purchased the pram in early 2007 and have been very happy with it. As our youngest is now three years old, we have not used the pram for about 6 months and it is time for it to find a new home.

It is in a very good condition. There are no tears in the fabric worth mentioning with a few stains mainly in the foot area (from shoes rubbing there) but nothing that is irritating. One of the great things about this pram is that almost all cloth parts come off for easy cleaning.

The main seat itself has always been covered with an addon pad / cover and there is a little bit of discolouration on the underside of the sun shade. The wheels are in good condition but one of the wheels is not easy to pull out of the pram frame any more. So if you are planning on removing the wheels regularly (if your boot space is very tight for example you can clip off the wheels which makes the required storage space a bit smaller), I would go for a different pram.

·        Mud guards in original unopened package – we never used them

Raincover, Back Cover and Sunshade included

Well, amazing what you can find when you look in your garage. I found the original Phil and Teds translucent raincover (unused), a Phil and teds translucent back cover (covers the back opening when the main seat is in the flat position, also unsused) and also a generic (not Phil and Teds) sun shade cover. All three are now included in this listing.
