For domestic deliveries, we use AusPost registered service where each parcel will be delivered to your door and you will be required to sign for it. If no one is home, a card will be left advising which post office the item can be collected from. For international orders, we use either EMS or Airmail. We only sell brand new and authentic merchandise. All items we sell come with 12 month warranty unless advertised differently. Below are our warranty and return terms.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) items must be reported within 7 days from delivered date. A replacement item will be issued.
Items with manufacturerâ€™s defects must be reported within the warranty period. We will attempt to get the item repaired and ship back to you ASAP. In the event that the defective item cannot be repaired, a full refund will be given if a replacement is not available.
Merchandise must be returned with all contents and original packaging, accompanied with invoice.
Returned items with signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering, tested not faulty, will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
Returned items should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means.
Items requiring installation can only be claimed if proof of professional certified installer is provided.
