Payment & Checkout

Please complete checkout. This provides you with banking details & other important information. Please do not email us for account details, they will only be provided through the Ebay checkout system.

Payment is appreciated within 3 days unless otherwise arranged. If paying via bank deposit and your postage rate already includes insurance, you may deduct $3.00 when making your transfer if you do not want registered post. There is no need to request an amended invoice prior to paying. I will amend the transaction record when your payment is received.

Postage

Please read the listing’s postage instructions to avoid delays.

Parcels are posted within 2 working days of receiving payment. You will receive a notification message on the day your parcel has been despatched.  Please check your Ebay messages first if unsure of your order status.                      

Our location is WA, please allow up to 6 working days after date of postage for delivery. If you’ve opted for registered post, you can request the tracking number.

Paypal & Registered Post

If you are paying via Paypal, it is compulsory to use registered post, an extra $3.00. This is in compliance with Paypal’s “Seller Protection Policy”. Please visit their website for further information. 

If payment is made via Paypal without this, you will be requested to forward a further $3.00 before your parcel will be despatched. It is more convenient for you to include this with your original payment, than to have to do it separately outside of the Ebay checkout system.

Express Post

Many buyers, and sellers, wrongly assume that Express Post meets the “proof of postage” requirement. It does not. It only provides a nameless, undocumented tracking number.

Express Post Platinum provides expedited delivery as well as documentation.  It does cost more.

Either method can be arranged upon request, but if you’re paying via Paypal, the Platinum method will be required.

Feedback

Please contact us if you have any issues. The nature of online trading can occasionally lead to misunderstanding or confusion that can usually be easily remedied with friendly communication.

Once your items arrive safely please leave feedback and we will do the same for you. This is done approx. once per fortnight, so it is not necessary to ask for this to be done if it’s not reciprocated immediately.

Refunds: I don’t usually make mistakes so am happy to offer a complete refund if I am in error. A refund will only be provided where an item is genuinely faulty or you have received the incorrect item. Postage will also be reimbursed, along with the cost of return postage. The item must be returned in its original condition prior to a refund being issued.

Shopping online entails a certain amount of risk when it comes to buying clothing or shoes. You assume this risk when you buy a garment untried. I do not issue refunds for clothing that does not fit or does not look on you as you imagined it would. I am happy to provide measurements upon request.
